Apply after competitor is dressed in posing suit, just before stepping on the stage.This is the final, last step sheen coat, to accentual muscle tone. Maximus posing glaze is best applied by hand and needs to be smoothed over your tan for an even finish. You can also spray directly over entire body. Either using your hands (make sure to use gloves) or use paint roller gently massage posing glaze into skin. Be careful as to not get any on posing suit and/or bikini. You can do this step yourself but if you have a partner or a coach ask them for help.
Remeber little product goes a long way so use spraignly.
