Orders within the United States are processed Monday through Friday between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm EST, excluding holidays. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay in processing.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship all domestic orders via FedEx Ground or USPS from our facility in Chattanooga, TN. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, but our 1-3 day processing time is in addition to the shipping time

Once processed, your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS. Depending on your location, ground delivery typically takes 3-6 business days. When are orders delivered, and what are "shipping days"?

that Saturday and Sunday are not considered "shipping days." Orders placed on a weekday will begin processing the next business day.

Couriers start counting the transit time the first business day after your order is picked up. For instance, if you order on Monday with a "5 business day" delivery estimate, the transit countdown starts the following day, meaning your package will likely arrive during the following week.

To get a general idea of your delivery timeframe, please refer to our FedEx Ground Shipping Map below. This map shows estimated delivery times from our facility in Chattanooga, TN, to various U.S. regions. This map provides estimated transit times but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Are the transit times shown on the FedEx map guaranteed?

No, the transit times provided on the shipping map are only estimates. Delivery times may vary due to factors like seasonal demand, weather, and other service interruptions outside our control.

How can I receive my order faster?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. If you need your order sooner, you can select a faster shipping method, such as FedEx Express. Please remember that expedited shipping is still subject to our standard 1-3 business day processing time.

Expedited shipping options include:

  • FedEx 2Day – Delivered within two business days before 8 pm.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight – Delivered within one business day before 8 pm.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight –Delivered within one business day before noon.

Please note that these delivery times exclude weekends and holidays. For Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Saturday shipping is available upon request but must be arranged through a representative.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Additional shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may apply. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from
FedEx or USPS. You can use this number to track your package.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for updated information and reship the package at your expense.

What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at
ayusunless@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the
package is damaged, please retain the original packaging and take photos to assist with the claim process.

Will I receive multiple boxes for my order?

Depending on the size and weight of your order, you may receive multiple packages. If your order is shipped in multiple boxes, each package will have its tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! For international orders, please email us at info@ayusunless.com
with your shipping address, order details, EORI, Tax ID, or VAT number for
verification. This information is required to avoid customs delays.

Are there any additional fees for international orders?

Yes, duty fees and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and will be invoiced
separately by your country's customs authority. AYU Sunless is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot predict which orders will incur them.

How do I know the shipping cost for international orders?

We recommend contacting us directly to confirm the most accurate shipping rates. The online checkout system may not reflect the true shipping cost, and we will ensure you receive the best shipping options, including expedited services.

Will my international order be insured?

Yes, all international orders are fully insured and shipped via FedEx. However,
buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes the local authorities impose.

this to track the progress of your order.

What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at ayusunless@gmail.com for assistance. Once the package has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

AYU LLC Free Shipping Policy

To qualify for free Shipping, your order must:

  • Be over $100 after discounts or coupons
  • Ship to an address within the U.S.
  • Exclude taxes or gift certificates from the total.

Free Shipping methods depend on the size of your order and may include:

  • FedEx Ground or Home Delivery
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Smart Post

Free Shipping does not include:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Shipping outside the U.S.
  • Guarantee of Priority Mail or FedEx delivery

The AYU LLC Free Shipping Program is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Orders that qualify for free Shipping but are returned due to customer error may be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
