We will be closed Monday the 16th through Thursday the 19th.

All orders placed by Friday the 13th at 3:30 PM EST will ship before we close.

Orders placed after that time will begin shipping on Friday the 20th, in the order they are received.

At AYU Sunless, we aim to deliver every order efficiently and safely. Below is our detailed shipping policy to help you understand what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM EST (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS from our Chattanooga, TN facility.

  • Expedited shipping options (such as FedEx 2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout.

  • Please note that expedited shipping time is in addition to our standard processing time.


Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • Standard Ground: 3–6 business days after processing

  • FedEx 2-Day: Delivered within 2 business days (after processing)

  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivered by noon on the next business day (after processing)

  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivered by 8 PM on the next business day (after processing)

Saturday delivery is available upon request and must be arranged in advance.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email from FedEx or USPS.

  • Please check your spam or promotions folders if you do not see your tracking email.


Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.

  • AYU Sunless is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address submissions.


International Shipping

We do offer international shipping.

To place an international order:

  1. Email us at info@ayusunless.com with your complete shipping address and order details.

  2. Please include your EORI, VAT, or Tax ID if applicable.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx and are fully insured.

Note: Customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on size or weight. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided to you.
