Conditions of Returns:
All returns at AYU Sunless are subject to a 25% restocking fee. By initiating a return, you agree to the following terms:
- Return Eligibility: Products can only be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Opened or tampered items, used products, or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Protective Seals: Bulk product containers must have an intact protective seal without any signs of tampering.

- Sample Testing: Before purchasing full-size DHA sunless tanning solutions and self-tanning products, we recommend trying samples. This helps ensure the product meets your expectations. Please note that full size products cannot be returned due to performance or satisfaction issues.
- Non-Returnable Items: Samples, opened products, and items returned without prior authorization or with tampered protective seals are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene & Safety: We do not resell returned products for your safety and in compliance with FDA regulations. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.
