Apply to well exfoliated skin. Before use, apply moisturizer to rough areas of the body, including elbows, keens, and ankles. Shake the bottle and pump a liberal amount of the product onto the application mitt. Start the application with the legs and work up the body. Allow the product to dry for 60 seconds before getting dressed. Wait 8 hours before showering and avoid excess sweat. It will take 12 hours for full tan color development.
