AYU Sunless Wholesale & Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Purpose

AYU Sunless is a manufacturer-direct, cosmetic chemist-formulated brand. Our wholesale program exists to support professional spray tan artists, salons, spas, and wellness providers in delivering high-quality services and curated retail offerings to their clients.
To maintain brand integrity, pricing consistency, and fairness across our professional community, AYU Sunless enforces the following Wholesale & Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to licensed or professional spray tan businesses purchasing AYU Sunless products for professional service use and curated client retail, depending on the product category.
Professional-use products, including spray tan solutions, are intended exclusively for in-studio application by trained professionals and are not authorized for public resale.
Retail aftercare products (such as body washes, moisturizers, finishing powders, and kits) may be offered for sale only to the purchasing business’s own clients as part of a controlled, in-studio retail experience.
Wholesale pricing does not grant distribution rights, online storefront rights, marketplace resale privileges, or authorization to operate independent retail shops centered around AYU Sunless.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

All AYU Sunless products must be advertised at or above the official retail prices listed on www.ayusunless.com.
This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Website listings
  • Online shops or e-commerce platforms
  • Social media storefronts
  • Email marketing or digital promotions
Discounting, bundling, or promotional pricing below AYU Sunless retail pricing is not permitted without written authorization.

Brand Usage & Representation

AYU Sunless is a registered brand and manufacturer. To avoid confusion and protect brand clarity:
  • Retailers may not create AYU Sunless-branded storefronts, category pages, or URLs
  • Retailers may not represent themselves as authorized distributors or official sellers
  • AYU Sunless product names may be used only to accurately identify individual products for sale
All branding, positioning, and language must remain consistent with AYU Sunless standards.

Resale & Representation Guidelines

Wholesale partners may not:

• Resell AYU Sunless products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or similar platforms)

• Create AYU Sunless-branded storefronts, category pages, URLs, or website sections that imply official partnership, distribution rights, or brand ownership

• Advertise AYU Sunless products at prices lower than those listed on the official AYU Sunless website

• Purchase wholesale inventory for the purpose of resale to other businesses, salons, or third parties

Wholesale purchasing is intended to support professional services and curated retail sales to the purchasing business’s own clients, not brand-level retail competition or distribution.

Policy Enforcement

AYU Sunless reserves the right to:
  • Monitor advertised pricing and brand representation
  • Request immediate corrections if violations occur
  • Suspend or terminate wholesale purchasing privileges without notice if this policy is not followed
Failure to comply may result in permanent removal from the AYU Sunless wholesale program.
